Perfect for solo escapes
Stayed solo for 2 nights and really enjoyed the breakfast vibe-love a good cup of tea! The bacon was a bit too crispy for my taste, and the chocolate clusters in my cereal weren't great. The small double room was cozy and met my needs just fine. The dining area felt nice too.

Coastal charm with cozy vibes
Just spent 2 nights in a cute double room-super clean and nicely done. The staff are really friendly! Breakfast was fab with tons of fresh options. We ate in the bar area, loved the courtyard too! Only thing, the room was a bit tight for space with our bags.

I spent a couple of nights in a Small Double Room at Cross Keys. The sea view from my room was fine and nice. The room itself was comfortable and tastefully decorated. I loved the generous supply of toiletries provided. The breakfast each morning was a highlight, offering a varied menu with delicious homemade focaccia. The breakfast manager was attentive and accommodating, easily adjusting to my vegan preferences. The first night was quite uncomfortable. The room was cold with no heating, difficult to sleep. It would have been great to have extra bedding for warmth. Another minor issue was the lack of an extra loo roll. When I needed to dry my mugs after cleaning them, I used up the roll quickly. The cleanliness of the TV remote could also use some attention. The location was perfect for exploring and the staff were friendly were great.
